The grapes are cultivated on very steep hills, challenging vineyards with perfect exposures. Selective harvest exclusivly by hand in small boxes.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, classic maturation on the fine lees for 4–5 months.
This sweet, botrytized Chardonnay is pure essence. The rich and concentrated bouquet offers notes of apple compote, cinnamon and vanilla. Honeydew melon is wonderfully highlighted by bright acidity. A touch of pumpernickel and clove join in on the long, impressive finish.
