Premier Cru Montmains is planted on the left bank of the Serein river, on the first slope, with a South Exposure. This clear, elegant Chablis has a lovely purity to it. Intense floral, citrus and minerality on the nose and palate. The finish is underpinned by plenty of racy acidity.
Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and ageing in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. Great to drink now, however this Chablis will greatly benefit from furthur ageing in the bottle.
