Harvested by hand from kouloura vines as old as 150 years of the Estate’s vineyards, the wine displays irresistible minerality, salinity, citrus and stone flavours with a natrullay high
and refreshing acidity, True to it’s terrior. Fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks only.
